The 2025 vintage has now been bottled, and we are delighted with the result. After several months of careful ageing in oak barrels, it was finally time for bottling.
In total, we bottled approximately 9,500 bottles. It marks the end of many months of dedicated work in the winery, but also the beginning of a new chapter. The wine will now continue to mature in the bottle, allowing its aromas and character to develop even further.
Our first tastings are very promising. The wine already shows excellent balance, freshness, and elegance, and we are excited to see how it evolves over the coming months. We look forward to sharing this new vintage with you very soon.
From today onwards, our new vintage So’Vignon 2023 is available in our boutique at Domaine Chante l’Oiseau.
This new vintage is ready to be tasted. The bottles are now waiting for you in our shop at the domaine.
The So’Vignon 2023 is a 100% Sauvignon, made from organically grown grapes and aged for 10 months in oak barrels.
